David has more than 40 years of wealth and investment management experience including Bank of Oklahoma and PNC Financial. He started Heritage Trust Company, a state-chartered trust bank in 1992 and also founded ParentBroadcast, one of the country's first school-to-parent notification services. David obtained a bachelor's degree in finance from John Carroll University and an MBA from Gannon University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst which is considered the golden standard of financial certification.

I love grandparenthood. If you’re a grandparent, you get it. If you’re not, get ready for the best time of your life. Fortunately, both my grandkids live in Erie, so I get plenty of “Papa” time.

Why I do what I do:
My favorite activity is spending time with family and my life-long friends. My second favorite thing to do is pursue my passion of being an entrepreneur - starting and growing a new business. Founding Evident Financial is the culmination of my career goal. Being in my 60's and helping people my age navigate retirement is very rewarding.
