How We Protect Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards reasonably designed to protect your Information in accordance with applicable federal regulations. Employees are required to safeguard client Information and may access it only for legitimate business purposes. Violations of our privacy policies are subject to disciplinary action.

Sharing Information with Other Companies Permitted Under Law

We do not sell your personal information. We do not disclose your Information to non-affiliated third parties except as permitted or required by law. This may include disclosures to service providers and financial institutions such as custodians, broker-dealers, mutual fund companies, insurance companies, and other third parties necessary to service your accounts. In all such cases, we emphasize the confidential nature of the Information being shared.

Former Clients

If you decide to close your account or become an inactive client, we will continue to adhere to this Privacy Policy and protect your Information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you as required.
